From Learning to Leading

Building skills, telling stories, and growing together in our community

At MendhamTV, we believe in investing in our volunteers. Whether you're picking up a camera for the first time or you're ready to produce professional content, we've created a clear pathway that recognizes your growth and rewards your dedication.

You're a Trusted Producer

You've proven you can produce quality content independently:

  • Milestone: Successfully produce one complete library event (or similar community event) from recording through final edit—entirely on your own
  • Demonstrate consistent quality and reliability
  • Work without supervision while maintaining MendhamTV standards

What to Expect:

  • Full autonomy on production projects
  • Mentorship opportunities—help train Junior and Mid-level volunteers
  • First consideration for paid opportunities

The Path to Paid:

Once you complete 5 full productions as a Senior Volunteer, you're eligible to transition to our Paid Producer program.
