1. Go to Gmail → Settings (gear icon) → See all settings
2. Scroll to the Signature section and click Create new or select an existing one
3. Click the image icon (mountain icon) in the signature toolbar and upload the logo directly — do not paste the logo as HTML or it may appear as an attachment
4. Type your name, title, and contact details around the image
5. Or: paste the copied signature, then click the image in the editor and choose "Upload to Google" if prompted
6. Click Save Changes at the bottom

1. Go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures
2. Click New, give it a name, then click in the edit area
3. Paste your copied signature
4. If the logo doesn't appear, use Insert → Pictures to add the logo file directly from your computer instead
5. Click OK to save

Tip: Save the logo PNG to your computer first for best results in Outlook.

1. Open Mail → Settings → Signatures
2. Click + to create a new signature
3. Paste your copied signature into the signature field
4. Apple Mail handles HTML signatures well — the logo should appear correctly
5. Close Settings — it saves automatically
